Re-enrollment

Re-enrollment takes place at the end of the previous academic year.

If you were enrolled in the current academic year until August 31 and you wish to enroll again per October 1 or later, you are not considered to be re-enrolling. In this case (even if you continue with the the same study program), go to the enrollment page and click on one of the other links that applies to your situation.

I will be enrolling in the same program(s) next academic year

Bachelor, (pre-)Master and/or Research Master

Arranging your re-enrollment for the next academic year is possible from mid-June and takes place through Studielink. You will be informed about this by email at the address that is registered in Studielink.

  • If you are not sure whether you have completed all requirements for your degree before September 1, then you should re-enroll for the study program before this date. If you still need to submit your thesis, take an oral or written exam or hand in a paper in September or later, then you must re-enroll in your program.
  • If you have completed all program requirements by August 31 and you are entitled to your degree, then you do not need to re-enroll.
  • Have you completed your Bachelor’s or pre-Master's program before September 1 and do you want to continue with a Master’s program? Then read the information under the header "I will be taking a different (follow-up) program next academic year".

The steps for re-enrolling in the same program are shown below.

I. Studielink

  1. Go to www.studielink.nl and log in to your account.
  2. Verify your personal details and change your address details, telephone number and (private) email address if necessary.
  3. Follow the steps in Studielink to submit your re-enrollment request on August 31 the latest! If you register too late, you will not be able to continue your enrollment on September 1.

II. Paying tuition / weighted fees

II. Submit a Proof of tuition fee payment

To complete your re-enrollment as a covenant student, you will need to submit a Proof of tuition fee payment (BBC) for the new academic year. So, request a BBC from your own educational institution. That educational institution will then email the BBC directly to Tilburg University.

III. Enrollment Certificate

After Tilburg University receives the BBC, your re-enrollment will be completed. Next, you will receive an Enrollment Certificate at your private email address.
